As a Cloud Support Engineer, I applied my Master's degree in Management Information Systems and my skills in problem solving and communication to provide technical support and solutions for SAP's cloud-based learning management system, SuccessFactors LMS. I worked with customers and internal teams to troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and ensure customer satisfaction. Prior to joining SAP, I gained valuable experience in information security and compliance as a PCI Compliance Associate at Sysnet Global Solutions, where I helped clients achieve and maintain PCI DSS standards. I also developed my teamwork and customer service skills as a part-time bartender and waiter at Salthill Hotel for over four years, while pursuing my Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology.
