I have used the time I have had between roles to complete my CPP with the CIPD and NCI. I have also spent five weeks volunteering on the meso-american barrier reef system as part of a voluteer project. I am currently actively looking to find a new HR role.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY: Reporting directly to the Financial Controller my responsibilities' encompassed the entire HR function. In particular, I concentrated on recruitment and selection, process development and training and development. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Recruitment and Selection: Developed and implemented a recruitment process for Oriflame R&D.Managed the recruitment process, and provided advice to all management levels on job and person specification. Coordinated group and individual training sessions.Worked with managers to ensure that training was essential, and that required skills could not be coached. Tracked and recorded all training to ensure in-house skills were visible. Performance Management: Supported the roll out of a new performance management system. Employee Relations: Actively built and maintained good working relations with line managers, directors and all staffActed as a point of contact for all line managers with employee relations queries and issues. Management Information/ Administration: Responsible for hard personnel files and administration of VIP HR Manager Software.Produce monthly Management Reports detailing departmental performance against HR KPI's.Roll out restricted access of VIP HR Manager to all Line Managers and provide thorough training on its use to all new users. General HR Duties / Projects: Development of a Managers Handbook to support line managers in their role.Oversaw NERA audit of company.
