We help individual people (adults and teenagers) achieve their visions and goals, we help them on their own path of well being or professional realisation through one-to-one coaching, mentoring and meditation.We also help organisations to cultivate collective intelligence, well being and relationships of quality and to create a strong and responsible company culture at the service of collective performance. To achieve that we might work on helping people and organisations to create clear and shared visions, define shared values, learn how to learn, develop emotional intelligence, through hands-on workshops and training, talks, coaching, consulting and interim management.

Teaching in a Waldorf school means understanding and putting into action Rudolf Steiner's principles and pedagogy. This pedagogy relies on the understanding and respect of the human nature. Each human being is a unique individual and as teachers, we simply give them the tools to fully become their best self. As a result, we are helping them to become human beings who are capable and want to contribute to the future.

I facilitate workshops to help people create a clear vision of their projects, to clarify their values and to strengthen their professional branding using mainly the Business Model You canvas.

My job is to help clients get their dream kitchen. To achieve that I guide the client through each step of the process, also being the link between the client and all other people involved on the project (ie. Suppliers, colleagues in the technical office, measurement and CAD department, fitting team, etc.). The kitchen is the central room of the house and it needs to be designed accordingly. Each client has different needs, requirements, tastes and desires and therefore my way of working is totally dependent on the client, adapting to each client to make sure that each project is unique. However, there are certain tasks that are necessary to each project: drawing a plan of the kitchen on a scale of 1:20 (for more complicated projects I also draw elevations), giving advises and suggestions on material, colours, worktops, appliances, etc, making a quote according to what was discussed with the client and of course, selling the project to the client.
