Part of the supervisors' team who start the operations in the route to Machu Picchu after the emergency closure for the floods in 2010, based in the new starting point at Km. 82 while the rail track was fully secure.Among other responsibilities during the shift have to solve any last minute request or changes, providing personalized service to VIP and special requirements passengers, also being a facilitator in emergency situations.This position has allowed me to work under pressure and be able to solve unexpected situations quickly.
