Oversee all business/operations activities for 200+ employee, $50M/year engineering services contracts based in California, with overall Management of all business finance operations including planning, forecasting, goal setting, and decision making.·Provide leadership to a team of twelve direct reports and partner with various departments to improve financial operations within the organization.·Introduce cost cutting efficiencies that increase profit margins.
