Fiorella Velarde is a Director Emeritus at Six Seconds LATAM and a Senior Forum Trainer at YPO (Young Presidents' Organization). Prior to that, she empowered organizations and individuals to reach their full potential through emotional intelligence as the Regional Network Director LATAM at Six Seconds, the Emotional Intelligence Network, for seven years.As a leadership and executive wellness coach, educator, and retreat designer, Fiorella has assisted Fortune 500 executives, teams and governmental leaders (including members of NASA) implementing and sustaining positive changes to achieve higher levels of wellbeing, performance, and productivity. Her extensive experience and ability to adopt a keen beginner’s mindset as needed, has aided her in becoming a powerful and impactful agent of change.Fiorella's strong academic background reflects her lifelong commitment to keep innovating and pioneering new ways to self actualize and to promote healthy conversations about sustainable living, mental and emotional health awareness and higher levels of productivity and fulfillment.
