I worked in this new position at Xavier for 12 months and could no longer maintain the hours I worked over 5 days per week. The experience I gained here has been taken and used in my new business venture. At Xavier I overhauled their website, maintained it, put together the school newsletter, published it and distributed it. I also maintained their Twitter and Facebook accounts and set up links between these sites and their website. I also took on a photography role whilst at the school, taking photos for the newsletter and digital media.

Whilst working in the role of Customer Service Officer at AlburyCity, I was exposed to the digital world, and embraced the opportunity to maintain the AlburyCity website, and also develop excel spreadsheets for use by a large number of employees as a booking system. I also managed their CRM sytem.
