CurrentKey Responsibilities/ for OperationsOversees and ensures Operational Excellence through efficient, timely and safe production process, delivery and placing of company's products (concrete/ precast)Demonstrates.Plans, organizes and controls production and operation assets according to plan and target productivity.Manages Raw Material Inventory according to demand and supply (precast)Works out, Improves and Implements Standard Operating procedures for Production, Delivery and placing process.Conducts regular customer site inspections, meetings, review and develops customer focus approach to improve customer satisfaction.Reviews and Analyses daily operation and monthly reports.Reviews and analyses month end production key performance indicators and business resultsEnsures efficient collaboration with Commercial and Dispatch team to optimize our delivery and pumping equipment assets and precast.Ensures efficient collaboration with Plant Maintenance, Fleet Management and Procurement regarding decisions on equipment use, maintenance, allocation, improvement, modification and acquisition. Key Responsibilities/for MarketingResponsible for managing all marketing, advertising and promotional activities of SBM, to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of SBM and Sisban.Studying competitors' products and servicesExploring ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitabilityFollowing up on projects pipe line for new projects and projects under negotiation and projects collections.Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with themPreparing and managing marketing plans, projects costs and budgets.Preparing and or revising quotations and contracts for new projects. Designing and Managing the production of promotional materialLiaising with other internal departments such as sales and production.Producing reports to monitor results.Supporting and managing the marketing and sales team.
