I embarked on my career journey in early 2004 as a Business Development Manager at various national and international companies in Syria, Lebanon, Sudan, and UAE. In this role, I managed and successfully developed more than 600 employees, showcasing my exceptional leadership skills.I was later honored as a Junior Chamber International (JCI) senator, which enhanced my skills in mentoring, empowerment, and positive change.Since 2008, I have been a certified ISO lead auditor and EFQM Assessor, enabling me to deliver cutting-edge managerial solutions and leverage quality to implement best practices for businesses.After over a decade in management, I was approached as a Business Management Consultant. I evaluated and enhanced strategic direction in this capacity and implemented necessary management changes. This included conducting strategic business analysis, establishing a quality department, and providing leadership, communication, quality, and time management training to top management teams.Subsequently, I relocated to the UAE to work with multi-international companies as a strategic Business consultant and trainer. I have delivered high-quality training courses to numerous governmental and corporate entities, covering essentials such as project management, Total Quality Management, business development, and strategic planning.
