No Res Gourmet is a non-profit organization that leverages the transformative power of food and celebration to fight hunger and teach food sovereignty. As the founder and operator, my roles include planning and operations, volunteer management, fundraising, and organizational collaborations to maximize impact. At our onset, the goal was to provide gourmet meals to people experiencing homelessness. After serving over 100,000 gourmet meals in 2020-2021, the project has grown to include farm-to-community events, where schoolchildren are taught to grow and harvest their own food, then transform it into meals to serve the community at large. The focus is on templates for service and empowerment that could be applied anywhere.

ACCIS is a non-profit organization that provides transitional assistance to newly arriving immigrants and refugees to Sacramento through Referral Services, Women and Youth Empowerment Programs, and Cultural Integration Activities. Duties include program design and implementation, fundraising, creating proposals and demonstrations, as well as relationship management with sponsors and collaborative partners.

Providing business consulting services across various industries and capacities. Creating and maintaining business relationship to increase business prospects. Offering a wide range of services and solutions including sales and marketing strategy, operations, licensing and compliance, employee management, and scaling.

Worked hand in hand with Palestinian Refugees and UNRWA staff to design and implement programs to mainstream Protection standards throughout the West Bank Field Office.
