As CEO & Co-Founder of OnePack, a software company that was my first experience in entrepreneurship, I gained valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities of building a business from scratch. While our venture was not ultimately successful, I learned a great deal from the experience and developed a passion for entrepreneurship and innovation that has continued to guide me throughout my career.I was responsible for leading the development of a software platform that aimed to streamline business operations and enhance customer relationships. While we faced numerous challenges along the way, including funding constraints and market competition, I remained committed to our vision and worked tirelessly to bring our product to market.Although OnePack was not ultimately successful, I gained invaluable experience in leadership, team building, and strategic decision-making. I also developed a strong network of industry contacts and investors, who have continued to support me throughout my career.My experience as CEO & Co-Founder of OnePack taught me the importance of perseverance, adaptability, and resilience in the face of challenges. It also ignited a passion for entrepreneurship and innovation that continues to inspire me to this day.

After one year as a member of IEEE, I was elected chairman of the IEEE FST Student Branch.During my term, I was able to lead the FST Student Branch to its first international award (1st place in the IEEEDay), as well as 2nd place in the TSYP (Tunisian Student Young Professional Congress).In addition, we launched new chapters in various fields (Humanitarian, IT, Robotics, Geology, Industry, etc.) in order to give students from various backgrounds the opportunity to join as and develop their skills among IEEE. As a result, the membership has increased by 300% during this mandate.We aimed to make the FST Student Branch one of the most powerful and well-known in Tunisia, so we organized a number of workshops (IT, Robotics, Geology, Soft Skills) to help our members develop their skills and broaden their knowledge.Finally, the FST Robots 2.0 (National Robotics Competition) and FST Hackathon were a success (National Problem-Solving And Web Development Competition).This was my first major experience, and leading more than 120 people to achieve our goals was extremely difficult.
