The company is exclusive agent for an international brands in food & cosmetics like Dawn Food,Caffe Vergnano,Kellogg’s, Elle&Vire, Del Monte, Monin, Elemca, Malizia, Intesa, L'Oreal- Implement the ERP system (Compass) and manage the training schedules for all departments.- Implement the sales strategy to ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded in marketplace. - Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to expand sales.- Identify new accounts to sell products and services to fulfill turn over objectives- Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts in line with business objectives.

The company manufactures soft drinks and distributes it in Syria (SAP ERP)- Follow up, prepare & analyze accounting records, trial balance & financial statements.- Monitor expenses and bank reconciliation in a monthly basis.- Supervise branch accountants to ensure collection of cash& cheques from customers, Deposit in banks, and follow up delayed payments.- Supervise the monthly closing of the accounting books and Preparation of the monthly P&L statement.- Responsible for the supervision of the conciliation of accounts and develop methods, Procedures, reports & database to track & maintain data for accounting system.

- Responsible for the Financial Module, (General Ledger).- Responsible for the Accounts Payable Module - Recording the production orders into the System and controlling the rate of labor and Overhead expenses charged to each order.- Controlling the inventory module in the warehouses and making the required adjustments.

- Preparing the purchase Orders, exportation & deal with vendors for drafts- Planning and management raw materials (MRB).
