I started Amerisleep with the idea that buying a bed should be a seamless, enjoyable and affordable experience, which we achieved by selling direct to consumers. Under my leadership, the company has grown into an international brand that produces technologically advanced, eco-friendly and American-made, sleep products like memory foam mattresses, sheets, pillows, adjustable beds, and more. We’ve reimagined the memory foam mattress to align with our values, what customers want and the elements needed to achieve a good night’s sleep. As a result, our beds are crafted with plant-based materials to limit their impact on the environment, contour to your body type to provide unparalleled support and are integrated with leading technology to keep you cool throughout the night. My role as founder is equal parts brand building and product design as I regularly focus on identifying expansion and partnership opportunities, analyzing customer data to inform product updates and reviewing the latest technology to see what’s worth incorporating with our product line.Amerisleep has been recognized as an innovative company disrupting and improving the mattress industry by The New York Times, Lifehacker, The Huffington Post, and others. Most recently, I’ve spearheaded the expansion of the Amerisleep brand into retail with the opening of our flagship store in Arizona. I’m excited to give our customer the opportunity to experience our products in-person and have one-on-one consultations with our staff members who are trained in sleep science.
