Consulted and led Digital Transformation Projects in EMEA Region forvarious industries related to industrial connectivity, advanced human - machineinteraction (HMI), process optimization and IoT applications accross industriessuch as; digital twin, predictive maintenance, resource efficient production andremote performance tracking. Distributed and implemented Bimser Solutions’products; eBA, QDMS, Ensemble and BoysWeb across Turkish and Europeanmarkets.

Led Turkcell Superonline's IP TV product Turkcell TV+ project including; E2E development of the product, UI/UX design, P&L responsibility, creation of market launch strategies, preparation of content strategies, and coordination of distribution and after- sales support with a team of 80 technical, product management and marketing experts.

Took responsibility of new business development in Telco Business including; mobile advertising, content management, mobile TV, video streaming, mobilepayment. Led global partner relations for CRM based loyalty campaigns in 8 countries around EMEA region of “Mobilera”, the favourite agency of Turkcell by managing acquisition and retention campaigns for "Etisalat" in Egypt and "Orange" in Jordan

In addition to the development of mobile services such as Music, Mobile TV, Ring Back Tone, Infotainment, which Vodafone offered to increase customer loyalty, determined and implemented marketing and customer retention strategies.

Reached out to 4.5 million European citizens of Turkish origin living in Europe, through the Doğan Group's media channels in order to develop effective business models and managed two subsidiary companies established in Germany in the fields of tourism and e-commerce inline with this strategy.

Led the establishment of the Hürriyet website within the digitalization movement of the media. Developed digital products within the Turkey's first in- house digital agency in coordination with TV, radio and print media brands of Doğan Media Group

Played an effective role in the establishment and launch of D&R e-commerce website.

Analysed and improved automobile sales, after-sales and spare parts distribution processes within the scope of Quality Total studies. Monitored and developed of quality improvement processes between Bursa Factory and Ranult Mais İstanbul HQ
