The German Institute for Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy (IVRT) organizes in 30 different German, Austrian, Swiss, Dutch and Belgian cities Vestibular-Rehabilitation courses for physiotherapists.In every city we have a 4 day basic-training course. After those 4 days the physiotherapists take a practical and written test and if passed successfully, they get certified as vestibular rehabilitation specialist. Our specialists are listed in our online register, so that doctors and patients can find the next specialist in their area.

This program was developed for foreign educated health professionals who want to live and work in Germany. In July 2015, the first physiotherapy participants took part in this program.My job is to supervise the physiotherapy participants of this education and professional development program throughout their clinical internship and to prepare them for their final practical assessment.
