About Fırat Özen

In my education life, after I became aware of the importance of internship factor in business and how it will be an advantage for me in future; I decided to do internship as many as I can in different departments which I would like to work in future and to gain experience in these internships all through my education.I studied in BA Management in Sabanci University and MSc Marketing in Brunel University where offered me substantial courses in marketing such as international marketing, strategic marketing management, marketing communications, managing retailing and e - retailing. In my master thesis, I was trying to find marketing strategies in UK FMCG Industry. After I decided to focus my studies on “marketing”, I tried to take Marketing courses as many as I could in my academic life.After I completed my education life and my military service, I joined Dogus Automotive – SEAT Sales Team in 2013. Between 2013 and 2019, I have worked at Dogus Automotive and SEAT in various departments. Last five years in my Dogus Automotive experience, I have worked as Key Accounts Manager at SEAT. Since August of 2019, I have been working as a Zone Manager at Opel - Groupe PSA.Both in my education and working experience, I tried to take the advantage of getting sales and marketing courses, trainings, work-shops which assisted me to challenge difficult working issues in my job. For these reasons, I acted as pro-active problem solver person who got both related study and working experience. Moreover, another top priority, which is extremely meaningful to me, was to have the opportunity of transferring knowledge to others and communicating with clients or people to improve satisfaction.
