-Certified Auditor/Lead Auditor for OH&S Management System-Certified Welding Inspector CSWIP 3.1.-Certified CSWIP Magnetic Particle Testing Level 2-Certified CSWIP Penetrant Testing Level 2-Senior Authorised Person-Permit To Work.-Attend CSWIP Radiographic Interpreter-Involve in Fabrication of Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchanger, Pig Launcher & Receiver, Hydromechanical equipment & Skid Package.-Prepare all ASME & Quality Procedure such as Project Quality Plan, ITP, NDE, Blasting & Painting, PWHT, Hydrotest, PMI, Acid Cleaning, Preservation & Handling and Final MDR Index.-Review vendor ITP and fabrication procedures-Involve in Internal and external Audit, ASME Renewal & ISO 9001 Audit.-Coordinate and monitor daily QC Inspector activities.-Liaise with AI, 3rd Party, DOSH & Client.-Familiar with ASME pressure vessel code; ASME VIII, ASME V, ASME II-A, ASME IX, Client Spec(PTS, DEP, MPDS, etc).-Assist QA/QC Manager related to ASME & Quality Manual.- Internal Audit- External Audit-Prepare and Update NCR and Equipment Calibration List.-Calculate quantity RT films used for all project.-Provide technical support to QAQC related to welding-Witness mechanical testing, rubber lining inspection, hydrotest, PWHT, Hardness, PMI, Ferrite Test.

- To carry out all inspection activities as per ITP.- Material receiving inspection & verify material for compliance with specification/code. (plate, pipe, flange, forge, valve, gasket, bolt & nut)- Carry out inspection activities- marking, layout, and cutting, fit up, preheating, welding, dimensional & visual.- Monitor welder, welding parameter & welding consumables during welding.- Conduct Welder Qualification Test at workshop.- To coordinate with NDT team or subcontractor to perform NDT timely and as per specification.- Witness PMI, PWHT, Hydrotest & Acid Cleaning. - Liaise with inspector (AI, Client representative) and understood what the mandatory is for each parties.- Raise NCR for nonconformance & close client NCR/punch list if any.- Witness Mechanical Test for Production Test Plate & WQT.- Attend Inspection for outsourced jobs. (Dish head forming, cladding etc).- Prepare all report & MDR for submit to client.
