• Work with the team on Finishing Engineering equipment to constantly review and analyses current equipment performance to identify and propose potential improvement opportunity on system/equipment/machinery, in order, but not limited to, enhance machine serviceability, reduce downtime, increase throughput, reduce rejects and cut down running cost• To investigate the process and quality failure resulted from equipment/process related problem and provide permanent solution to fix them. To carry out the change request and evaluate the change effects on validated process• Participate in cost reduction, cost saving, machine setup and improve efficiency of machines repairs time. To outsourcing and evaluating new technology innovations which lead to increase of machines efficiency and product quality• Execute engineering activities, including existing process validation/annual revalidation, operational equipment/material upgrading qualification, engineering study related to NCR and CAPA’s• Verify all records are properly managed and kept in accordance to Alcon Data Integrity guidelines. Ensure timely technical support to production when required• To ensure the operations are smooth and be able to meet the numbers (output) of the machine for every month without any interruption• To have ownership and accountability for dedicated and assigned area for machine downtime improvement• To have speed and simplicity by providing an idea for machine, process and operation improvement• To provide a good support to Superior or Manager for the assignment that assigned

Working Experiences :• Proficient in utilizing statistical tools and software such as Minitab and Excel to analyze process data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for process improvements• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of identifying and resolving complex process issues. Experienced in using methodologies such as Six Sigma, DMAIC, and 8D problem-solving• Skilled in developing and implementing quality control plans and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
