- Increase merchant transaction through device deployment, market visit, posm deployment, training, and cashier incentive program- Collaborate with sales, warehouse, production, logistic, field team to make sure deployment is delivered in a timely manner- Calculate and manage budget for team's programs and projects- Improve POSM visibility, device reliability and merchant satisfactory level based on market visit analysis- Collaborate with marketing and sales for merchant selection to join cashier incentive program, then create tailored scheme for each merchant considering their current transaction, basket size, and number of stores- Increase merchant's ability to use company's product through content sharing on social media, classroom training, and on the spot training

- carry out and ensure that branch operational activities run according to the applicable rules and procedures- Ensuring supply (driver partners) are met- Collaborate with other teams to increase transactions in the branch area
