Field Service Engineer
Current-Perform start up and commissioning on unit onshore and offshore.-Perform well testing after installation/ modification and configure all the settings based on the well behavior.-Control DCS unit prior to unit installed.-Upgraded and modified products and handled special assignments-Performed regular safety hazard assessments to reduce risks while completing jobs.-Perform HAZOP,HAZID and HIRARC study for each installation, commissioning and scheduled maintenance jobs.-Repair and Tested various types of electronic equipment (circuit board, pressure transmitter and flow meter) using oscilloscopes, multimeters, voltage calibrators and HART/fieldbus communicator.-Reviewed and update technical documents, including service manuals, specifications, wiring diagrams, system updates and blueprints.-Attend and perform Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) on customer site.-Prepare plan preventive schedule and final service report to customers.-Give training to personnel in charge of our unit on safety and operational procedure on operating our unit.-Managed logistics operations to meet customer expectations and financial standards and policies.-Assist sales department in boosting sales by recommended parts changes and upgrade on installed unit to customer.-Conducted training and change management processes to improve operations-Take part on emergency drill at client’s offshore unit installation with different emergency situation.
