• Lead and managing 15 technical supports for the Network Field Force Unit, Network Operation Penang• Oversee operations and maintenance of TM active and passive network element; fiber/copper infra (DP, DC, FDP, FDC, pole, manhole) governance and restoration, ACCESS Network O&M (OLT, DSLAM, MSAN, DLC, CORE network O&M (Metro E/IP Core/NGT Core/AGG, Edge Facilites), TRASNMISSION network (SDH, DWDM, radio wireless & broadcast), 4G LTE network (IUC/eNodeB) and DNB 5G Cell Site Router (CSR)• Administered and managing budget (CAPEX & OPEX) allocated for TM unifi installation under JENDELA and material requisition for corrective and maintenance• Managing the operations of TM contractors for passive network corrective and plan maintenance works• Coordinate delivery assurance of TM Unifi services in the event additional infra (pole, FDC/FDP) are required• Administered acceptance for the newly installed of facilities, infrastructure, and network element; properly gated all the acceptance checklist and physical/environment inspection to comply with good • TM liaison for the public liability complaint; immediate coordination to restore defect TM infrastructure such manhole, pole that might cause public obstruction and unnecessary accident• Fronting and attending TM customer and public complaint receive from TM frontliners, State Government and regulatory (MCMC)• Strategizing and optimized TM service & network assurance in Penang to meet current demand in high-speed internet customer experience; to achieve targeted Fault Rate for service and network• Strategizing and collaborated with LOBs (SME, Enterprise, Gov & Consumer sales) in service modernization for Penang Unifi customers – fiberisation strategy for customer to opt from copper network to fiber network, not limited to approaching customer in attaining/upselling TM Unifi services

• Responsible and lead/managing 6 TM Service and Network Engineer in Northern region Malaysia. • Lead, manage and execute all initiatives formulated by National NOC and Network Roll Out & Operations HQ in regional in the most efficient manner and within the targeted time frame given. Consistent to update the NOC HQ on any status and progress of each initiative regularly. • Strategizing and optimized TM service & network assurance in Penang to meet current demand in high-speed internet customer experience; to achieve targeted Fault Rate for service and network

• Responsible in managing a group Security Operations Centre Engineers which running in shift rotation. • Extensively in managing 1st level response team for TM internal cyber security incident such as information leakage, BEC, Phishing mails, TM internal apps and portal vulnerabilities (XXS), malware hunting and remediation for TM corporate devices, threat hunting, security advisory management, etc.

• Lead, manage and execute all initiatives formulated by ISPNM NOC HQ in regional in the most efficient manner and within the targeted time frame given. Consistent to update the NOC HQ on any status and progress of each initiative regularly. • Responsible to coordinate, assist and provide technical consultancy advices to TM regional team on IP-Based solution for all services and network elements under ISPNM division.• To develop, train and maintain support personnel with high level subject matter expert for all current network technologies and services mainly for ISPNM network and services e.g IPCORE, IPVPN, BRAS, Metro-e services to all TM regional team within the jurisdiction. • Responsible to be the single contact point for ISPNM in region and have an excellent working relationship with other internal and external teams in facilitating TM regional team to resolve all incidents and faults regionally.

Managing services for Streamyx/HSBB/HSBA, to perform troubleshooting for TM DSL Wholesale/HSBA service such as Jaring, Redtone, Maxis, Heitechpadu and Infolient.
