- Ensure all production process are consistent with written work instructions & procedures in order tocomply with ISO9001/13485/GMP requirements.- Assist the production manager in maintaining & troubleshooting the daily production process and product quality deficiency.- Ensure all engineering works are properly planned with Engineering and Control & Instrumentation department in order to minimize downtime.- Troubleshoot quality problems, to investigate further by discussion with related personnel before deciding & ensuring proper, corrective & preventive actions are taken to rectify problems.

- Assist the Group Leaders, Supervisors, and Engineers in the production line as well as any ad-hoc task assigned from time to time.- Carry out OJT task assigned by superiors.- Prepared the downtime report assigned by Engineers
