I developed and enhanced Asset Liability Management (ALM) model that deploy Monte Carlo simulation to present advice on investment strategies during periodically portfolio review and strategy session, instrumental to ValueCAP Group’s restructuring in 2014.Besides, I developed and enhanced asset allocation model factoring in various financial and economic indicators to determine the optimal asset allocation call/strategy during various market and economic cycles, resulted in more than 50% growth in shareholders’ value prior to the restructuring exercise in 2014.

I supported fund managers/investment team with performance, risk and attribution analyses along with portfolio optimization, stress-testing, forward-looking and back-testing simulations that help in the investment decision making process.On top of that, I performed quantitative research on smart beta/factor investing and alpha modeling in portfolio construction and risk management to identify and explore investment opportunities.

I was responsible for User Acceptance Test (UAT) before an insurance product is launched or repriced. The exercise resulted in the successful launching of Regular Contribution Investment Link Product (RCILP) and the repricing of both Takaful Mortgage Protector (TMP) and Takaful Term Protector (TTP).

I was in charge of treasury processing back office that process money market transaction including short term money market deal, lending and borrowing, preparing the book rates, and money book (RENTAS System).
