• Review jigs and fixture design calculation and prepare the tools detail design, materials selection, tools simulation for new products set up with taking account the final quality of the products. Also handle the documentations of drawings for new model setup. • Optimize the best method of manufacturing process, prepare machines SOP & machine selections. • Responsible to testing , modify and maintenance of the machine parts that suits with manufacturing process and gather the related data, analyze and prepare weekly technical reports. • Prepare projects schedule and forecasting of the project delivery. At the end of machine testing project, machine will be transferred into the genba site, and will provide supports such as teaching the operators to do’s & don’t’s of the machine.• Prepare the detail drawings of the jigs and fixtures used in automation machines. Simulate the positioning and keep improving the efficiency of the automation machine.Well versed in GD&T and JIS standard. Moderately skills in 3D design software such as, AutoDesk Inventor, Solidworks and UGNX 7.5
