Intentionally uses diverse perspectives to help achieve organizational goals to produce positive actions and results through vital modeling, discussion, conference, clarity, and consensus. • Leverages ability to mindfully produce positive actions and results; modeling discussing, conferencing, adding clarity, reflecting, revising, and building consensus supporting a hybrid service delivery model with the SWC Leadership Team.• Supports effective implementation of service delivery system in alignment with ESD’s strategic plan and regional business models, affording timely and local decisions based on multiple factors. • Actively collaborates with local Workforce Development Council (WDC), in support of developing an Integrated Service Delivery System (ISD) honoring Priority of Service (POS) and supporting braided service delivery with Co-Enrollment under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).• Provides direct support and leadership to 7 core staff, providing administrative support for 6 intensive team members, and virtual training/resources to 5 new hires and 5 GRS’. • Advocates for Integrated Service Delivery (ISD) and co-enrollment keeping in mind, a customer-centered focus; co-facilitating/training Temporary ESD/GRS professionals: Virtual Services Coordination, Resource Management via Teams, Team Training, Area Phones and Hybrid Services.• Applies knowledge, understanding, and experience drawn from two WDA’s, to support the political climate; to make decisions and take actions that satisfy diverse interests while contributing effectively to organization goals. • Develops growth opportunities for Team Members; serves as In-Training Plan Resource with 3 current graduates and 1 in progress; manages expectations, staff reviews, and timesheets.
