Job Descriptions :1. Lead and supervise the controlling team for product development project2. Provide support as needed in the various departments, including reporting, data- entry, presentation creation, strategic planning, customer service as needed3. Perform financial controlling and management report4. Drive cost-saving measures togather with the R&D team and company management5. Organize financial planning activities6. Defining business requirement7. Helping to develop specifications and requirements for developers and programmers to follow8. Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations9. Performs other related duties as assigned.10.Finance Accounting and Tax:- Responsible for the daily payment transactions processing (fund in/out)- Handle all back office duties related to payments- Balances and reconciles accounts; adjusts and corrects daily journal entries- Process Invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers, and partners as needed- Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.- Coordination with BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan for any Issues - Prepare and send credit memos, purchase orders and invoices- Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations- Process company sales invoices, receipt and payment from customers to suppliers- Maintain financial records up to date- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, recording minutes at meetings, etc.- Monitors expenditures and prepares monthly financial statements and administrative reports- Manage month-end and year-end closing- Coordinates the preparation of the corporate tax return- Prepare tax reconciliation and equalization for VAT, WHT Article 23, 26, 4(2), and 21.
