Firman Ramdan has had over seventeen year experience in Power Plant Indonesia State Electric Company (PT PLN ), The first career after On Job Training since January 2006 as a Control & Inst Engineer at Ombilin Coal Fired PP Capacity 2x 100 MW West Sumatera until 2012 as a Assistant Manager of Electric Control &Instrument and continue to the PT PLN Pembangkitan Sumatera Bagian Selatan ( PLN KITSBS/Coverage 5 province of PLN Power Plant South part in Sumatera Island ) FY 2012-2021 as Engineer Planning & Evaluation Performance operation for 2295 MW with various type PP such as Gas Turbine, Gas Engine, Coal Fired, Hydro, Diesel & Geothermal, his also member for Procurement division at least one year in 2022FY 2013- 2016 Company promoted him to be an Assistant Manager of Engineering Keramasan PP Capacity 320 MW at South Sumatera that operation majority Gas Turbine engine with responsibility about Reliability, Predictive Maintenance, Investment Program, budgetary & operation planning, Bid.
