As a special staff to the Governor, my team and I were responsible to oversee and ensure a success implementation of the governor's strategic programs in various sectors. In the first three years, we were able to send over 500 NTB students to study abroad financed by NTB Scholarship we initiated. To eradicate Stunting rate of the province, we were able to fully create over 7000 Posyandu Keluarga that functions as the integrated post service to mitigate both social and health problems serving all age of the population. To meet the objective of being Zero Waste Province in 2023, our team supervised the creation of over 100 waste banks and regional landfills of each region in the province while bringing investment in the circular economy sector. My daily tasks involved:• Advised the governor by providing policy analysis to accelerate and succeed the governor’s flagship and strategic programs ranging from education, environment, public health, SMEs to investment programs.• Analyzed and solved bottlenecks/challenges of the government’s program implementation both on top – bottom and bottom – up approach.• Managed multi stakeholder communication and engagement between governments, private sectors, and other parties to foster relationship and ensure a strong and mutually beneficial collaboration.• Worked with 20+ head of technical departments (OPD) of NTB Government to bring innovation into the current and future programs• Supervised 5+ members of field team to provide daily policy assistance to the governor and vice governor.

As an Intern, I helped assisting Governor's special team in certain areas ranging from digital transformation of public service to the rehabilitation and reconstruction program after the deadly earthquake hit Lombok in 2018.

Buku Kami is a socioentrepreneurship project that was selected by Obama’s Administration at the YSEALI Business Plan Competition. The project focuses on addressing the issues of trafficking, prostitution, and unemployment by providing opportunities for female victims to create marketable notebook products from recycled waste paper. • Built and developed new market opportunities to achieve 100% of sales target. • Analyzed and evaluated the outcome of current sales strategy to determine new and improved strategy.• Managed relationship with our top business partners across line to foster the relationship.• Researched new type of partnership with our business partners to increase our sales.
