In short, even my title is Product Analyst, I am doing Product Manager things because of the urgent needs from the users. I know how to create anything on software / apps (use POV scope as PM). With my role as PM which has any information and any man power to fulfill my vision, I can lead my team to create any new feature that increase the revenue and profit for company. It's really different when we create PRD for Hardware Engineer and PRD for Software Engineer, and luckily I am fast learner to align my ability on writing PRD based on the company condition. Create new feature named "Notification Feature" on Everpro Apps --> Create PRD, Crossfunctional Collaboration with Designer, Engineer, Data, QA, and UX Writers, and other stakeholders in a sprint.4. Create new flow on MP Enabler to automation payment process --> Create PRD etc just same like before but with more deep communication with Business Teams.5. Being an MC on "Farewell Party" of our colleageus6. Being super fluid PM that actively blend with engineers and other department --> playing basketball, Minisoccer, and games together.

In short, I am really good on stock investment, even I can get my first 100 Million IDR from stocks investment. I decide to stop on this investment as my whole life business because I want to make this as my side job. Since my investment plan did not take that much time and I just do transaction on perhaps 2-3 times per month, I think it will be more wise for me to get the job on company which I can improve my skills, get new relations, and just be prepare when the stock market condition are going to south.These all the too detail explanation if you really want it:1. Create document of research about growth opportunity investment in Bond, Indonesia stocks (IDX) and cryptocurrency.2. Create document about competitor analysis that gives the investment services for retail investor3. Create product market fit, UVP, and branding strategy to attract the retail investor4. Lead the project to run the investment service by for more than 120 clients and 5 internal team.5. Do the stock analysis and create document that suggest an action item for each stock that consist in portofolio of each super premium member.6. Educate the member to understand the finance world, the requirement that we need before jump in on investment, and how to analyze the stock market movement.7. Manage fund from 10 clients to do stock trading with constant profit 5% each month and all of 10 clients get 5% constant profit each month at the end time of contract.

In short, I know how to create hardware solution based on the problem that we have. I particularly conducting my self on deep Cost Benefit Analysis, finding the problems that really be a pain point of the company, and determined what kind of right feature that must we have to tackle that problem. Yes, I responsible to make sure that the solution will be the right solution. And yes, I am fast learner since I need to know the condition of water, fish behaviour, farmer behaviour, environment condition, and other technical things like several sensors that we really need, include the pro and cons of those sensors.This is the long version if you really want it:1. Finish the PondTag piloting project, with the team of engineer with 13 members in 3 months including create documentation and UAT.6. Being super fluid at the new role and new structure of team, succeed improve the agility and adaptibility of the teammates on each roles.

Create the team role and workflow to optimize the product and service that we make3. Create the document that tell the representative of users with pov as student, lecturer, and counsellor.4. Cross functional coordination with external accompany and lead the project to held successfully : being project manager and product manager at a same time.5. Evaluate and monitor each product to be well delivered to user at the right time.

Do the research and create document about user analysis to find the pain point of ITB Students.3. Create the PRD of each student program to make sure the minimum requirement program must be hit the pain point of users.3. Indirectly gave the impact through all of students programs helded by Ditmawa ITB to more than 20.000 students of ITB.4. Directly give the command to run the project correcrly on each programs with member of each team between 30-300 person.

In short, I officially appointed by the stakeholders to be leader on this program, because of the prominent knowledge about character development for students, especially on the understanding of 7 Habbits of Highly Effective People concept by Stephen Covey.The details are:1. Market research and analysis to create the product market fit for 5000 new students2. Create PRD for the training material3. Lead the internal team with 20 members to produce the product4. Training more than 250 trainer to deliver the product to new students5. Controll the product cycle quality untill the end user and end of timeline.

Well, I am really good on writing inspirational stories. Surely, I am writer with more than 100k likes on my social media (especially Line) on 2017. But, since the Line platform are going to south in the 2019, my popularity are slowly drowned.Was selected as an inspirational story writer for ITB Character Development on 2020, and the story was read by all of new students on ITB 2020.
