• Know and understand TS Packaging, especially injection machines • Know the planning and production targets that will be and are currently underway and try to meet these targets/achievements • Control existing stock materials and those being used in the production process • Understand the working system for all injection machines • Ensure that each machine is operating normally (including the maintenance process: TLC) • Lead, motivate and supervise subordinates • Ensure that the products produced comply with requirements • Knowing the quality produced and setting the machine if the quality is related to the machine • Ensure that subordinates carry out the GMP and 5R programs (wearing hats, uniforms, neat hair, clean nails, masks) • Controlling all production documentation and analyzing discrepancies in each existing document • Trying to reduce the number of rejects on the production line • Provide direct reports regarding incidents per shift to superiors • Report problems related to food safety to the food safety team or direct superior • Ensure that all repair processes on production machines are always accompanied by operators • Ensure that all subordinates carry out the TLC (Tightening, Lubrication and Checking) process • Willing to carry out any orders given by superiors (feasible orders) • Support the implementation and application of Halal, GMP, SMK3 and FSSC 22000 • Ensure the implementation of time & condition based maintenance • Control overall operational maintenance activities in the unit which includes electrical and mechanical • Review all maintenance processes  in the work area
