Mr. Moore's current focus is authoring project, program, and risk mangement courseware targeting the military medical and health care professions. His courseware is delivered "live" at a sponsor's facility located in the United States as well as abroad . His tailored five-day, 35-hour Project Management Performance Excellence course is delivered to particiapnts through a subcontractural relationship with NOVACES, LLC.Darryl continues to advance his authoring endeavors with focus on personal and career development from a 360-degree perspective. His second book entitled "Winning Uphill Battles" is expected to be released in 2019 followed by a guide targeting emerging program management professions to be released in early 2020.Darryl exited full time employment on February 1, 2019 after a forty-five year career that progressed from a project engineer for an oil and gas giant in New Orleans, to a project engineering services manager with a Tulsa, Oklahoma based integrated energy company, and ultimately to a program leadership role as an employee to the management and operations contractor to the Strategic Petroleum Reserve in New Orleans, Louisiana USA. Along this journy, Darryl earned three certifications sanctioned by the Project Management Institute (PMI®) Project Management Professional (PMP®, registered tradeneme).
