Develop and implement performance improvement of the Entire Warehouse.•Supervising all Gensets at the time of commissioning.•Oversee Warehouse accounts receivable and payable.•Raising a Purchase Order, Purchase request and Quotation.•Coordination of maintenance support on a day by day on call jobs.•Control inventory and order supplies•Assisted quality departments in the investigation and resolution of internal quality.•Liaise with costumer and other departments.•Logistics and Transportation Controls inventory levels byconducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system. •Maintains physicalcondition ofwarehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment;issuing workorders for repair and requisitions for replacement.•The Warehouse In charge will be responsible formanaging the infrastructure and support team within the warehouse.•They will be ensuring ordersare distributed to the respective stores in an efficient and timely manner.•They also will bemanaging and encouraging optimal performance of all direct reports, including training.•Ensuringstores orders are timely and accurate with regards to receiving, picking, packing, cuttingandshipping.•Reviewing and tracking inventory adjustments.•Managing employees by providingdirection and motivation, training, and or testing. Providing ongoing formal and informalperformance feedback to employees.•Monitoring processes to ensure compliance of Standardsupervise deliveries of goods into warehouses and ensure products are accounted for, are stored safely and securely, and are despatched efficiently to customers.
