Duties/Responsibilities:  Keeping liaison with the buyer for all the merchandising activities like order booking, processing, order follow up. Prepare complete costing, submission to buyer & negotiation to fix order by keeping company expected profit margin.  Closely coordination with procurement department to arrange all kind of yarns, fabrics & accessories both from local & foreign sources as required for production. Follow up with development team to prepare of samples and providing to the customers as per their product characteristic & requirement.

Also make plan of seasonal booking, providing current status of shipment & others as required for apparel business.

Once all details are clear then transfer the order and offer sample to production merchandiser for follow up. Overall keep the good communication with all respective buyers, local & foreign suppliers, different department of factory for smooth shipment

Duties/Responsibilities: Assisting the Sr. Merchandiser in overall sampling & follow up the product development. Making fabric & accessories calculation (consumption) for initial costing. Prepare price quotation along with making of sample as counter/approval. Price quotation submission to buyer & negotiation by checking with team leader. Production follow up as per approved T & A and maintain style wise data of all relevant merchandising communication files, report etc.
