* Managing complete production operations of Onshore Oil collecting station together with 25 nos. of oil wells (both self flow and gas lift) with a view to ensure accomplishment of production targets within the time and cost parameters.* Conducting various tests & inspections to ensure that equipments, machinery and operation of the installation are in compliance with pre-set technical specifications and guide lines laid down by statutory authorities.Assignments Handled :- • Looked after the work over and commissioning of the newly drilled wells -right from well killings, well head spool placing and testing, Packer setting, Perforation, production testing, etc to produce the well in the Oil processing installations. • Took the responsibilities in designing and optimising the gas lift systems , gave assistance to well logging as well as Reservoir Engineers for carrying out various operations like PLT, RMT jobs etc. into the wells. • Worked as an in-charge (Production Engineer cum Installation Manager) of a vital Oil Processing Station of Oil India Limited. Various activities included in that role were- entailing planning and execution of well servicing jobs like scrapping of 25 nos. of connected producing wells , testing of producing wells for production rates, monitoring of various parameters (Water Cut, GOR, sand ingression, pressures etc) of producing wells, monitoring of pressures of flow lines and the crude dispatch lines, safe handling and disposing back (into disposal wells) of produced formation water in the field, monitoring of disposal wells, supporting the reservoir engineers for carrying various well tests (pressure build up and multi-rates tests). Monitoring of various project nature jobs within installation. • Moreover, time to time job like hole probing, BHP measurement, Nitrogen and Coil Tubing operations also have to be executed as per the requirement in the field.

Looked after daily operation of a Crude Oil Dehydration Facility which uses SCADA controlled Electrostatic Emulsion Treater for dehydrating wet crude oil recieved from the fields of Oil India Limited.
