• Coordinating and developing the trade marketing strategies to achieve defined business objectives for the categories• Responsible for the development, deployment & monitoring of all programs designed to enhance 4P strategies• Developing and deploy company master plan regarding the administered categories for each Region in UAE• Contribute to the company’s goals and objectives and improve market share, customer satisfaction and productivity performance• Establishing channel strategies regarding the categories, markets and implement associated plans• Development and deployment of trade promotional plan in all region of UAE• Developing and deploy NPD strategies• Work closely with global team to ensure global strategies are inline with local executions• Responsible for trade marketing / category management process and solutions with external and internal customers to grow the categories• Manage and evaluate trade promotion levels to achieve maximum returns• Prepare price lists and communicate with all related parties (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning)• Develop and deploy sales and trade tracking reports, ensure communication across all related parties• Working with sales team to understand the need of POSM materials, then execute all implementation of POSM (design, production, logistic, how to fill strategies• Analyzing the market, including competitors and consumers.• Managing budgets.• Key User in SD/FI/HR Module of SAP.
