Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these requirements meet with the quality • Setting customer service standards • Control the quality of product by carrying out PP meeting • Writing pre-production comments in pp meeting or earlier stage that minimize risk of mistakes during production • Meeting deadlines and ensure all quality process • Writing and reviewing testing plans • Investigating causes of defects that occur during the testing phase • Ensure slandered product quality in line and final inspection in the factory • Ensure good quality as approved sample • Solve problems which will be found in production steps • Update office on order situations for both quality and on time delivery

➤ Meet and exceed the objectives of the Textile Testing Quality Policy➤ Review orders prior to sample prep for missing information, yardage requirements, etc.➤ Set up, adjust and operate laboratory equipment and instruments such as tensile tester, colorfastness machines, Wyzenbeek, etc.Cut specimens for testing and attach or complete appropriate paperwork➤ Stage specimens and consumables for conditioning➤ Stage orders for testing, paying close attention to due dates, order dates, etc.➤ Conduct physical testing and evaluation of customer supplied fabrics to determine overall testing results in an accurate and timely manner➤ Outsource testing as necessary to appropriate vendors ➤ Initiate non-conforming and corrective actions, as appropriate➤ Identify opportunities for preventive action➤ Maintain a safe and clean working environment➤ Assist in maintaining supplies/inventory requests➤ Responsible for assisting with training requirements pertaining to all phases of testing, and other lab requirements➤ Performs other duties as assigned
