Current• Preparing the Production plan • Maintaining Partial co-operation and inter departmental communication• Preparing the manpower requisition as per the production schedule.• Daily monitoring of all process machineries breakdown of PET and CAN line. • Analyze and take action to minimize the breakdown on short- and long-term basis.• Overall responsible for the preventive maintenance program for all process machineries including PET, CAN and line.• Recommended the critical spare to be available to avoid major breakdown.• Overall responsible to get the efficiency of PET line more than 90%• Minimize the packaging material loses related with machine breakdown.• Responsible to meet the Coca-Cola Audit requirements of ISO14001:2004 (EMS), ISO 9001:2004 (QMS), FSMS, PAS 220 and OHSAS Standard related with the Production department.• Preparing the Environmental Risk assessment with the help of EMS Co-Ordinator. • Conducting internal audit • Responsible for the local contractor management. • Maintaining Partial co-operation and inter departmental communication (If or when required as well as in absence of Manager Production)
