Swiftly recognizing my proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools, I was promoted to the role of MIS Analyst (PMO). Leveraging my passion for numbers and analytical skills, I excel in deriving meaningful insights from data.Key responsibilities: • Efficiently gather, organize, and uphold historical operational data using MS Excel. • Perform Extract, Transform & Load (ETL) processes from diverse sources such as Avaya CMS, Aspect, and other WFM tools.
