Responsibilities:• Responsible for full cycle of end to end recruitment.• Responsible to market the consultants who are on our company payrolls and sale the consultants at the end of their project so that they won't come on bench.• Update the resume of consultants in the portals on a daily basis.• Finding the Suitable requirements for our bench Consultants and validating the requirements.• Sourcing the Requirements from Different Portals, networks, references and vendors.• Applying the Positions as per the Consultant interest through Different channels.• Negotiating the rates as per the market condition and Consultant Requirement.• Submitting the Resumes to the Vendors on Proper terms and conditions.• Making follow up on the submitted Profile on daily basis.• Follow up with the vendors regarding the submissions on daily basis.• Confirming the interview slots with concerned Vendors and Consultants and Making Follow ups with the same.• Generating maximum PO’S for the month it’s my target.• Implementing processes and strategies to recruit qualified candidates for available positions, including candidate sourcing and evaluating the Positions.• Marinating the database including candidate details like current location, expected salary and availability etc.…
