(IESL), an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited calibration and inspection laboratory in Bangladesh. In this role, I lead a sales team, managing large-scale calibration projects, temperature mapping, and HVAC validation services for diverse clients, primarily in pharmaceuticals, textiles, and food industries.My journey began in October 2017 as a Service Support Officer at IESL, where I honed my skills in customer engagement, quotation management, and billing processes. After my promotion to Senior Officer in Marketing, I expanded my expertise in client acquisition and relationship management, focusing on new business opportunities and service presentations.In November 2021, I transitioned to the role of Assistant Manager in Marketing and IT, where I oversaw sales strategies, coordinated with international laboratories for recalibration processes, and prepared our team for audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
