On a daily basis I manage direct relationships with sub contractors, certifying authorities and clients. My duties cover a complete range of building requirements, some if which include, efficiency managing of trade timelines, site safety and estimating. As a director I am also responsible for overseeing the financial operational running of the company.

• Set up and established new safety procedures & manuals current to OH&S requirements.• Extensive experience in concrete slabs, including suspended slabs.• Extensive experience with concrete footings. • Studied cert III (carpentry & joinery) and cert IV (clerk of works) simultaneously completing at distinction and credit level respectively.• Experience with concrete tilt up panels.• Roof truss and wall frame installation.• Extensive experience in commercial and domestic fit out.• Precipitated in the construction of commercial and domestic projects

• Formed close business relationships with clients. • Achieved budget targets for merchandise sales at 90%. • Increased fertiliser and pasture seed sales by 300% over a 12 months period.• Client “on farm” appointments, conducting soil tests, pasture management and stocking rates, with client face to face interpretation of results. • Whole of farm planning, and precision farming.
