The expertise of medicinal administration to patients, comforting families when receiving devastating news, building relationships with both colleagues and families have enabled me to understand the needs and wants from a variety of people. Such dedication of obtaining my Degree has also given me the discipline and focus when gaining education through Property. I have amassed years of knowledge and working with industry experts and active property developers has given me all of the necessary skills to be able to assist investors as well as sourcing, negotiating and managing our personal investments.Darren:My most current position has been within education working as a middle leader and teaching Physical Education and Science. I have worked in education for over 15 years within mainstream settings (Primary and Secondary) whereby I have adapted to impacting the lives of young people of all ages and backgrounds. The acquisition of skills throughout my working career have aligned perfectly with property whereby consistency, practicality, patience, resilience are all characteristics that I have honed in on and developed over the years. Teaching is my calling and passion but property is my security of building generational wealth for my family at the same time of assisting those that we work closely with and build lasting relationships.I have more recently begun my investment journey into property with the joint creation of First Class Property Development Ltd.
