Led the UX overhaul and redesign of eCitiBiz dashboards helping citizens and expats complete applications more efficiently and helping admins streamline the management of citizenship and business affairs. eCitiBiz is an e-service web app operated by the Citizenship and Business Department of the Ministry of Interior, Nigeria in partnership with AnchorData.Facilitated usability tests, rebranding, and redesign of AnyWorkX Africa's B2B platform, including landing pages and communication strategies reducing sign-up drop-offs and increasing the completion rate of key onboarding steps.

Handled customer relations and closed an average of 5 full service projects monthly in collaboration with designers, marketing, and partners. Managed the conducting of market research, brand persona building, and user engagement strategies for over 80 brands, events and businesses.
