 Design and construction management of 106 detached villas located at Demircikoy –Istanbul. Preperation of contract documents, specifications, BQ’s. Follow up of sub contractors from start to finish.

 Built a concrete heliport of 32.000m2 and a communications building of 750 m2 at the Tbilisi airport with a DB contract cost of 3.1 Mio.USD  Built a military complex for US Army COE consisting of command, lodging and catering facilities, ammo storage, helicopter-landing pads with a design-build contract cost of 7 Mio.USD.Full responsibility in construction covering organization, supervision, administration and guidance of manpower, running and monitoring of daily site and camp activities. Managing a team of 6 engineers and a workforce of 220 persons.Budgeting, cost control, procurement, scheduling, design coordination, obtaining of necessary permits from governmental organizations, fitting-out coordination, commissioning.Representing the contractor against the resident project engineer (COE). Preparation and follow up of submittals, monthly payment schedules, daily QC and safety reports.

Built an Expat. Village for Tengizchevroil (TCO) in Atyrau-Kazakhstan with all utility and infrastructure amenities. The project was consisting of 80 housing units and facilities as club house, school, gymnasium, swimming pool, closed tennis court, utility building etc.The contract amount is 52 Mio.USD. Carrying out the contractual aspects of the contract, representing the contractor at meetings between client and contractor. Presiding at weekly meetings. Preparing agendas and the minutes. Carrying out the document flow with the client (Tengizchevroil) and the consultant (Yost, Grube, Hall).Preparation and follow up of Submittals, RFI’s, ITC’s.Preparation, negotiation and finalizing of claims. Preparation of cost estimates, budget forecasts.Carrying out QS’s for procurement of materials. Follow up of timely ordering and delivery to site.Assisting in development and implementation of the Commissioning plan.Assisting the Technical office in preparation of working detail solutions.
