AladdinB2B serves a global market, including government trade departments, trade show organizers, and enterprises. My key responsibilities include; -Overseeing end-to-end execution of lead generation campaigns, including strategy development, implementation, and analysis.-Setting lead generation goals and KPIs to align with overall business objectives.-Leading and coordinating the data and lead generation team to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.-Managing the database and ensuring efficient day-to-day data operations, promptly addressing operational issues, and implementing refined policies and procedures to enhance team efficiency.-Managing costs associated with lead generation initiatives, supervising team performance to achieve targets, and planning and monitoring budgets for efficient resource allocation.-Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions with business goals.-Implementing and maintaining data governance and compliance standards.
