As HighLevel grew from inception, more strategic fire-power was needed to maintain the outstanding trajectory. Working closely with the co-founders, Jessica plays a key role in internal corporate strategy, culture, recruitment and oversees human resources of HighLevel. With over 1,000 team members working remotely, several global hubs, and customers and team members across the globe worldwide, her goal is to ensure HighLevel remains on the list of best places to work by combining remote work and a strong culture in a co-founder led software company.

HighLevel is an all-in-one, white-label marketing platform for agencies & consultants. As a profitable, disruptive, and growing SaaS company, they caught the eye of many. Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, many team members work for the company remotely from around the world while maintaining a strong company culture and work-life balance.As the CFO, Jessica oversaw all financial aspects, Human Resources, and internal operations of this growing start-up from nearly inception through HighLevel's first round of funding. In November 2021, Jessica assisted in the restructure and hiring of the the senior leadership team to match the growth and demands of the business.

FiscalWorks provides high-level financial expertise to organizations without employing a full-time CPA, allowing agencies to spend more energy and resources in fulfilling their missions. Most small to medium sized organizations do not have the resources internally to devote to financial oversight and compliance, yet they are scrutinized at a very high level by compliance organizations and stakeholders. They can often only afford one finance staff and try to find a mid-level staff that can do it all. Experience has shown by separating the day-to-day 'block and tackle' activities from the high level oversight, clients find that they have a more effective structure for the same or less cost. New Avenues offers programs and services that empower homeless youth to exit street life. Every young person should have food, shelter, and access to education and job training. Their mission is to work in partnership with the community to prevent youth homelessness and provide homeless and at-risk young people the resources and skills needed to lead healthy, productive lives. New Avenues pioneered the idea of social enterprise and operates two Ben & Jerry's PartnerShops and a screen printing business (New Avenues INK) which provide job training opportunities for our youth.Jessica oversaw all administration, including finance, facilities, IT, compliance, and human resources. Working with her team, Executive Leadership, Finance Committee, and the Board of Directors she oversaw all internal operations to ensure the mission was maximized on a daily basis.

Involved in Corporate Recruiting program and presented regularly at Universities for marketing and recruiting purposes.
