My role involved guiding the team toward greater autonomy by creating clear project frameworks and templates, particularly utilizing tools like Notion for streamlined project management. I conducted internal workshops on Notion, Zapier, ChatGPT, and Mailchimp introducing best practices for efficient digital collaboration. Additionally, I led sessions on teamwork methodologies, including SMART goals, RASCI matrices, and other frameworks to enhance productivity and accountability within the team. My responsibilities also included initial quality review and deadline management in collaboration with senior leadership and other organizations for final approvals.

"Prvi Mentor" is a program designed for young individuals aged 15 to 25 who are just starting to pursue their dreams of entrepreneurship or are considering their career path. The program aims to provide guidance and support to participants as they navigate the transition from school to the business world. The mentors, who are members of the AmCham Young Leaders Club, bring their knowledge and experiences to the program and are able to relate to the challenges and struggles of the participants as they themselves were once in the same position.
