Brought in to lead a team of high-performing TA consultants with a focus on positions in Tech, Corporate Functions and University Programs recruiting.

Worked a short period supporting the Executive Recruiting team, working as an Executive Sourcer with a strong focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion while also working on building out a new Executive Recruiter model. Successfully filling all the positions I was focusing on while also showcasing a stronger, more efficient sourcing model.In Feb. 2019 I relocated to Columbus OH, where I moved into a new and exciting role as a Sr TA Consultant. I was hired into HNB as a Sr TA Consultant to partner with the Business Leaders and TA colleagues, to deliver great talent across various roles /teams while also providing insight for TA initiatives including talent sourcing, TA tool utilization, TA team skill development, and diversity recruiting. I actively recruited on various positions across the enterprise, including for the Digital/Omnichannel, UX, Deposit Products and Pricing, Innovation Leaders, and Enterprise Compliance/Risk Management.

Selected to be part of a small, dedicated pod of Tech Recruiters and Sourcers, working on strategic executive leaders roles as well as senior individual contributor roles within the Tech organization. Successfully sourced for Sr Leaders within Tech, Cyber, InfoSec, and SWE (Infrastructure - design/build).

We understood the importance of ensuring our own talent was positioned to excel and grow. I was asked to work horizontally across Talent Acquisition in support of these efforts. Specifically, within Tech TA, driving success with our team of strong recruiters to further develop their professional skillset and positioned for success while being supported by the right tools/opportunities. I worked on several key initiatives including:• Functional Lead (1 of 3) within Enterprise Talent Acquisition selected to work on the design, build and launch of our new CRM tool (Avature), which included setting up Governance/Best Practices as well as comprehensive training for all of TA.• Project Lead on a new design & build of a “Tech Recruiter Playbook” as a landing for all things TA as well as a “Tech Hiring Manager Guidebook” and the redesign of the Tech Events strategy.• Worked in close partnership with Capital One University and Tech TA Leadership on a "Refresh" specific to recruitment, sourcing, and client management for the Tech Recruiter Development /Training.• Partnered with Tech TA Leadership on the implementation of a sourcing "reboot" for Tech Recruiters within both strategy and tools.

Capital One’s Global Talent Acquisition team consisted of industry leaders who are driven by achieving results, passionately working to find the best talent in the industry. Simply put… We worked hard to be the best at what we did! I was nominated and selected to work on a 1-year assignment in the UK, on Capital One's Global Talent Acquisitions Team as the Technology Lead. In this role, I led Capital One's UK Tech recruitment efforts, built a Tech recruiting team (from one dedicated resource to five dedicated Tech recruiters), and developed the recruiting strategy for identifying talent skilled in all things Technology, Digital Product Owners, and Information Security/Cyber. Throughout my assignment, I also maintained hands-on Talent Delivery (full life cycle recruiting) as well as building and successfully supporting the UK/Global TA Events Strategy effort throughout the EU, UK and back in the US

At Capital One, it was about dreaming, disrupting, and delivering a better way. As part of the Retail and Direct Talent Acquisition team, we took that challenge to heart in our quest to find smart, talented and creative people who want to work for a great organization. I started as a contract recruiter, working on roles in Business Banking, quickly converting to FT, taking on additional work supporting various roles within the Retail Bank. After a brief period, I was assigned to the Retail Professional Group where I transitioned to recruiting talent with a specialization in Project/Process/ Product Management in a Tech/Agile environment. Finding PM candidates who were experienced working on business initiatives/projects that impacted both the business and technology.

This was a short-term contract, where I was brought in as a Senior Recruiter to lend support with the Government Services team, helping them build a recruiting strategy. I also sourced and recruited talent within Project Management and Technology.

Sourced, recruited and placed candidates with various clients while also managing all external employees payroll and an internal team of staffing associates. Roles included general laborer through Administrative. Managed all branch operations for two locations and one onsite, as well as partnering with the sales team and professional services team to ensure clients are our top priority.
