Decisive, strategic, proactive, and pragmatic are all words that can be used to describe my career and what I do best; connecting the dots to deliver results in transforming and future-proofing businesses while engaging and inspiring teams for maximum impact. As a strategic technology and finance leader with deep expertise in corporate development, I’ve run technology and finance in public & private companies and led the acquisition, integration, and divestiture of over 100 companies ranging in value from $5 million to $10 billion USD. Truly global in nature, I have lived and worked internationally for more than 25 years and understand how to navigate complex legal, regulatory, tax, and cultural environments to deliver results.
