Together with my fiancé, I run the 3rd generation family business in flooring industry (parquet, carpets, lino, LVT pavements etc.) as well as interior textile decoration such as curtains, beddings, paddings, accessories. I am taking care of all HR, Administration, Finance and Infrastructure Tasks together with searching and creating new business development possibilities.

Started in 2016 as a friendship start-up with a long-term, I am now full owner of this small online wineshop with a selected offer of wines from Italy (Tuscany and Umbria) and Germany. Family-run, small wineries with whom I have a friendship over the years. With Biancorosso, I was finally able to realize my very long lasting wish of an own-run business.

Full lifecycle HR Mangement: Recruiting, Onboarding, Development of staff at all Appway Groups. Sustained the company growth over the last 3.5 years of Appway from 20 to 95 staff members including setup of new subsidiaries in Hong Kong and Singapore.

As an executive assistant to Management, I supported the management in all HR and Finance issues supporting actively the company growth.

Altran is a world-wide operating provider of innovative business solutions and a professional consulting partner for the service-, commerce- and industry sector. Since 1989, Altran is represented in Switzerland with one focus: to support medium- and large-sized companies to implement innovation, to optimize business processes and to improve business performance.

At Sycle International AG I was assisting in personal and remote sales activities, onboarding new customers in UK including helping on the technical issues such as migrations with the core team of the headquarter in the US. Also, I was in charge of supporting and doing online trainings on the online CRM for Audiologists with existing customers. I helped on creating training videos for the Brazilian version of Sycle.

SQHI is a Switzerland based marketing cooperation of around 40 hotels within the DACH region. Its purpose is to expand selling activities for all members through different channels such as online booking platforms (booking.com, expedia.de etc.) and strengthen cooperations with existing Tour Operators all over the world for incoming business. My role was assisting Management with all implementation of new business, incorporating and onboarding new members of the cooperation. I was in charge of issueing the monthly invoices to the members as well as holding trainings for the front office staff of the hotels on how to practice yield management with all booking channels.

As FO Manager I was in charge of a team of 3-4 full-time employees as well as 1-2 trainees per season. Together we were responsible for the full-cicle frontdesk tasks starting from the entire yield management to reservation process and then including the service onsite (check-in, check-out). Also, I was in charge of programming the Micros System and printer. Special mentions goes to the worldwide known World Economic Forum, which was always an exciting but hard-work experience.
